Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

By accessing or using this site, visitors confirm that they have read and understood these terms. This is an unofficial Shadowrocket user guide covering App Store verification, existing in-app settings, importing existing configurations, and common questions. It does not represent the official views of the developer or the App Store. If you disagree with these terms, stop using this site.

1. Scope and Intended Use

This site is provided for learning, understanding, and operational reference, helping users become familiar with Shadowrocket’s interface structure and configuration process. Interface terms such as Home, Config, Global Routing, Subscribe, Add Server, and Connectivity Test refer to the labels actually shown on the user’s device. Because app interfaces, store information, and system behavior may change, this site does not guarantee that its content will remain current or that any feature will continue to work, and it does not replace the App Store product page, device system notices, or information published by the developer.

Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app on Apple platforms, primarily used on iPhone and iPad. The only place to obtain it is the App Store product page. System requirements, compatible devices, pricing, and purchase conditions are as listed on that page. Before purchasing or configuring the app, users should independently verify the developer name, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and app ID 932747118.

2. Responsibility for Lawful Use

Visitors must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their location, network service rules, organizational policies, and the authorization limits of the networks they use. They must not use this guide or Shadowrocket for unlawful activity, unauthorized system access, disruption of network operations, infringement of others’ rights, or circumvention of legally imposed controls. Users are solely responsible for the server information, configuration files, rules, access activity, and resulting consequences associated with what they add.

Domains, rules, and parameters in the examples are provided only to explain relationships between fields. They do not indicate that any real service is available or that a particular configuration is suitable. Before importing their own legally obtained subscription or server information, users should verify its source and authorization to use it, consider how personal data is handled, and securely protect accounts, passwords, links, and other sensitive information.

3. App, Purchases, and Service Boundaries

Shadowrocket is provided by Shadow Launch Technology Limited and sold and distributed through the App Store. The relevant provider is responsible for purchase processing, installation records, compatibility, feature changes, update scheduling, and store listings. This site does not process transactions and cannot modify app features, restore purchase records, or handle App Store account matters.

This site does not provide, sell, or recommend any nodes or subscription services. All importing instructions assume that users have already lawfully obtained their own subscription or server information. Shadowrocket is sold as a one-time purchase, but that purchase does not include a network plan; buying the app itself does not provide server resources, subscription content, or ongoing network service.

4. Disclaimers and Assumption of Risk

This site endeavors to organize guidance using verifiable store information and in-app wording, but it does not guarantee that all content will be completely accurate, complete, or suitable at every time, on every device, in every region, or under every network condition. This site is not liable for compensation for connection interruptions, failed configurations, purchase issues, data loss, or other direct or indirect losses caused by system settings, network conditions, server-side parameters, rule conflicts, user error, app changes, or changes to third-party services.

Before changing Config, DNS, On Demand, or rule lists, users should record their existing settings and assess the possible impact. The troubleshooting sequence provided by this site is intended only to narrow down the possible cause and is not a promise of results. Issues involving app purchases or restoring purchases should be handled through the mechanisms provided by the App Store; issues involving parameters for a user’s own services should be verified with the relevant information provider.

5. Intellectual Property and Changes to These Terms

The Shadowrocket product name, trademarks, official icon, application, and related materials belong to its developer or the applicable rights holders. References to these marks on this site are solely for product identification and instructional purposes and do not imply authorization, cooperation, agency, or affiliation. The text structure and page content created by this site are protected under applicable law. Without permission, they may not be copied as an entire page or presented as if published by this site in a way that creates confusion about their source.

This site may update these terms in response to legal requirements, page features, content scope, or operational needs. Revised content will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued access to this site constitutes use under the updated terms. If you have questions about the instructions, consult Troubleshooting or the tutorial. This site does not provide an off-site feedback channel.
